RAM Care Program at Lone Star CDJR

Ram Care membership benefits include exclusive Ram vehicle owner support, maintenance services, VIP treatment at Ram Brand events across the country, peace of mind with trip interruption protection, first-day rental coverage, and a unique website experience. Upon purchasing a new Ram 1500, we are automatically enrolled in the Ram Care program for 24 months. One of the many benefits is free oil and filter changes totaling four over the two years.

Auto-enrolled members will automatically receive unique benefits as part of their Ram Care MVP plan. Members have access to the Ram Care portal to view their remaining Ram Care maintenance services and see the complete list of upcoming Ram Care events. The Ram Care portal can also be accessed within the Mopar.com environment and is supported by a single sign-on process for a seamless experience.

Auto-enroll and buy-in memberships are valid for 24 months. All memberships can be renewed for $249/year for gas trucks and $449/year for diesel, subject to change, plus applicable state and local taxes.

Your membership starts on your vehicle In-Service date for auto-enroll. An in-service date is when an inventory item was placed in service or made available for use. Membership for those who buy into the program starts on the day they purchase the membership.

Owners of a Ram model year 2014 and newer that are not already enrolled in Ram Care may buy into the program by visiting their dealership and purchasing on-site.
