Jeep Reveals 80th Anniversary Editions
Brought to you by Lone Star Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram
As many of you are aware, Jeep was originally founded in 1941, which means that in 2021, Jeep is officially celebrating 80 years! Jeep has been bringing people adventure, open-air freedom, and 4x4 leadership since it was first introduced, and that is why it's time to bring out an 80th Anniversary Edition to truly mark the occasion. That is why every single model in the lineup will have a special-edition option that you can choose for it. We believe this is a truly great way to give back to customers, and allow them to celebrate alongside everyone at Jeep. 80 years is an incredibly long time to be making the best vehicles around, so you can consider the 80th Anniversary Editions to be a chance for Jeep to flex their muscle and prove why every Jeep model has continued to uphold the same traditions and heritage.
2021 Wrangler/Gladiator 80th Anniversary Edition
The first models that we are looking at for the Anniversary Edition is the Wrangler and Gladiator. They both come with the same added features, which makes sense considering how similar these vehicles are regardless. The added features include an 8.4-inch touchscreen, Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, Berber floor mats with accent stitching, remote start, 18-inch wheels in Granite Crystal, Light Tungsten interior accent stitching, body-color fender flares, and 80th Anniversary commemorative badging. This edition works hard to give these models some added flair without taking away from any of the other reasons why you love these vehicles.
2021 Grand Cherokee 80th Anniversary Edition
The next model that we are focusing on is what the 80th Edition adds to the Grand Cherokee. One of the biggest things is the ProTech II Package, which adds adaptive cruise control with stop and go, advanced brake assist, full-speed forward collision warning, active braking, rain-sensing windshield wipers, ParkSense parallel/perpendicular park assist, lane keep assist, and LaneSense lane departure warning. Other added features include an 80th Anniversary commemorative badge, 20-inch wheels with Granite Crystal finish, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, leather seats, and Light Tungsten interior accents.
2021 Cherokee/Compass 80th Anniversary Edition
While these two models have a few differences in this specific package, they mostly offer up the same features. They both include 19-inch wheels with Granite Crystal finish, power seats with lumbar, remote start, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The Cherokee model adds in a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, dual-zone automatic temperature control, and Anodized Gun Metal interior accents. The Compass includes an automatic dim rearview interior mirror, leather seats, and Piano Black and Anodized Gun Metal interior accents.
2021 Renegade 80th Anniversary Edition
The final Jeep that we are looking at is the Renegade. This model comes in with Anodized Gun Metal interior accents, berber floor mats, a black headliner, 80th Anniversary commemorative badge, dual-zone automatic temperature control, an 8.4-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, navigation, and 19-inch wheels with Granite Crystal finish.
